Coleslaw with Yogurt and Honey Dressing

Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 100g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 head of sweet heart cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds

Instruction

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, mustard, lemon juice and Worcester sauce in a bowl and add pepper and salt to taste.

Cut your half cabbage into quarters. Remove and discard the outer leaves and tough center stalk. Finely shred the cabbage leaves. Roughly grate the carrots or shred in a food processor. Finely chop the green pepper.

Mix the vegetables together in a large serving bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss well, sprinkle the seeds on top.
